LynMA Travel was created from a simple but meaningful belief: life becomes more beautiful when experiences are shared together. What began as a passion for connection, adventure, and bringing women together has grown into a welcoming community centered around friendship, encouragement, and unforgettable moments.
We recognized that many women were searching for more than just travel plans — they were longing for connection, belonging, laughter, and the confidence to experience new things alongside supportive women who genuinely care. From local outings and Tennessee hidden gems to girls’ getaways, cruises, and sunshine-filled adventures, every experience we create is designed to help women feel welcomed, inspired, and connected.
Along the way, LynMA Travel has become more than a travel community. It has become a place where friendships are formed, stories are shared, confidence grows, and beautiful memories are made together. Some women join us knowing no one at all and leave feeling like they’ve found lifelong friends. Others rediscover joy, adventure, and parts of themselves they thought they had lost along the way.

Meet Our Team
Diane Gawrys
Founder & Creative Director - For Diane, LynMA Travel is more than a travel brand — it is a reflection of a lifelong love for connection, adventure, friendship, and creating meaningful experiences that bring women together. Alongside her twin sister and best friend, Donna, Diane has spent a lifetime sharing adventures, laughter, dreams, and unforgettable memories rooted in the belief that life is meant to be experienced together. Raised in Florida, Diane and Donna both discovered their passion for hospitality and travel early in life. Both earned Associate Degrees in Travel & Tourism and began their careers in the hospitality industry, working in hotels and helping guests create memorable experiences. Diane later expanded her journey into the cruise industry before spending more than twenty years supporting nonprofits and businesses through leadership, finance, business growth, and community development. She also earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Business, bringing both creativity and strategy into the heart of LynMA Travel. As the wife of an Army veteran, Diane’s journey eventually led her across several states including Kansas, Colorado, and Texas before finally planting roots in beautiful Tennessee, where waterfalls, scenic landscapes, charming small towns, and meaningful community became part of the inspiration behind the experiences she now creates. At the heart of it all is LynMA itself — a name lovingly inspired by their mother, a fun-loving woman who adored friendship, dancing, adventure, laughter, and bringing people together. Her joyful spirit continues to inspire the warmth, sunshine, and welcoming energy behind everything LynMA Travel represents today. For Diane, every experience is about more than simply visiting a destination. It’s about creating moments where women feel connected, encouraged, celebrated, and inspired to embrace life fully — together.
Dee Rosky
Co-Founder & Florida Experiences Director - Donna’s love for travel, connection, and meaningful experiences has shaped her journey for decades. As Diane’s twin sister and lifelong best friend, the two have shared a bond rooted in adventure, laughter, family, and a deep appreciation for exploring the world together. Their shared dream of creating a welcoming women’s travel community became the heart behind LynMA Travel. Raised in Florida, Donna developed a natural love for coastal living, sunshine, hospitality, and travel. Like Diane, she earned an Associate Degree in Travel & Tourism and began her career in the hospitality industry, creating memorable experiences for travelers and guests. Over the years, Donna has explored destinations across the globe, including multiple overseas journeys and unforgettable cruise experiences, bringing a wealth of firsthand travel knowledge and inspiration to LynMA Travel. Together, both sisters have shared special adventures to destinations like Hawaii, where their love for beautiful experiences and meaningful memories only grew stronger. Donna combines her tourism background with a strong accounting and business foundation, bringing thoughtful planning, creativity, and practical insight into the experiences she helps create. Her warm personality, adventurous spirit, and passion for helping women feel welcomed and connected shine through every part of the LynMA vision. Inspired by the joyful spirit of their mother — the namesake behind LynMA — Donna believes life is meant to be celebrated through friendship, laughter, adventure, and shared moments that become lifelong memories. Through LynMA Travel, she hopes every woman feels encouraged to step into new experiences, build meaningful friendships, and discover the beauty of traveling together.
